By Far the Most Thorough Sunroom Company Out There

A Fabulous Addition

I have had the best experience with Betterliving Sunrooms. They’re all very kind in their communications with me and swift to respond to my calls. The time between my showing interest in a sunroom and the finish of the entire project was incredibly reasonable – Jamie P.

Very impressed

We were very impressed with the Betterliving Sunroom representative who met at our home to measure a deck that we were considering enclosing into a sunroom. The representative was very punctual, arriving about 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment and waited in his car until about 5 minutes before appointment time out of courtesy, not wanting to be too early. He took accurate measurements of our deck, thoroughly explained the Betterliving Sunroom products and options, answering all of questions, showed us demonstrations examples as well as photographs of more examples and optional designs for us to consider, then patiently sketched an accurate drawing of the proposal followed by an estimate with absolutely no pressure to close the deal at that time, then invited us to see their showroom. We continued to get three more estimates from other companies then visited the Betterliving showroom located in Conshohocken, PA, which is over 90 miles from our home. He was there to meet us and gave us a tour of their showroom including their shipping/receiving areas in the back where they ensure each job has the parts inspected and carefully inventoried before delivering to the installation sites. He even offered to take us to the factory where the sunrooms are made about 15 minutes way from their showroom. We have yet to meet a sales representative who demonstrated professionalism and more passion and conviction of their products than our rep. His price is competitive and the sunroom components we saw in their showroom being prepared for other jobs were of exceptional quality. While we are still weighing the differences between the competitors and the design options for our project, we certainly feel very confident of the quality of Betterliving Sunroom product if we decided to select them. We also liked their approach of doing the complete job (from scoop to nuts) necessary for our project were nothing is subcontracted out. This is an important service for us as our project will require retrofitting an existing flat roof that is a deck on the second floor and immediately above our living room on the first floor. We believe there’s much more risk in a project’s overall quality, warranty, and timeline whenever a general contractor has to sub out tasks. We are still reviewing the proposals received from four competitors on our specific project. However, after reading the only other review on SRIG, we felt compelled to express our excellent experience and recognize this company’s outstanding sales approach, salesman, and also the company’s showroom and professional qualities we witnessed first-hand. – John C.

I love it even more now

Great for having parties

We put our sunroom onto our living room with french doors opening into it. We like to read the newspaper and have coffee in our sunroom looking outside into our yard. Our grandkids use it for their playroom, love looking out the window looking at the squirrels running in the yard and up the tree. Great for having parties. They were honest and professional

I have a 15 year old Betterliving Sunroom and needed the roof replaced because of snow damage. I called Betterliving Sunrooms in Conshohocken, Pa. to give me a price on repairing my custom shingled roof. A Betterliving Representative came out and looked at the roof and explained in detail what they were going to do and gave me an exact price and said they would also work with my insurance company and handle all the details, which they did. All repairs were done in a timely fashion and very professional. The job was completed on time and looks as good or even better than the original roof. I am very pleased with the work and their workers were very professional and cleaned up each day and removed all trash when they were finished. I would highly recommend Betterliving Conshohocken. They were honest, professional and did exactly what they said they were going to do. One last thing, the price they give me was guaranteed in writing, I loved that, wish all companies would do that. – Genie G.
