We’ve organized our most useful content into a clear directory so you can find what you need quickly — comparison guides, decision frameworks, frequently asked questions, and our complete project process.
Adding a sunroom, screen room, or patio enclosure to your home isn’t a quick decision. Most homeowners we work with spend several weeks (sometimes months) researching options, comparing approaches, and thinking through what they actually want from the space. The content on this page is designed to support that research.
We’ve gathered our most useful decision-support content from across the site into a single directory — comparison guides for when you’re choosing between options, FAQs for when you have specific questions, and our project process walkthrough for when you’re ready to understand what working with us actually looks like.

How long does the entire project take?
Most projects move from initial consultation to completed installation in a few weeks to a few months total. The exact timeline depends on what you’re building, when you start (peak season vs. shoulder season), and your specific municipality’s permit processing time. Your designer will provide a realistic timeline for your specific project during consultation.
Do I need a building permit?
In essentially every municipality across PA, NJ, and DE, yes — sunrooms, screen rooms, and patio enclosures are permanent structural additions that require a building permit. We handle the entire permit process on your behalf as part of every project.
Will adding a sunroom increase my home’s value?
A well-built, permitted sunroom typically adds to your home’s appraised value and serves as a selling point to prospective buyers. Four season sunrooms (counted as permanent year-round livable square footage) generally have a higher appraisal impact than three season rooms or patio enclosures.
What’s the warranty?
Our 50-year non-prorated warranty covers structural components with no depreciation and no fine-print exclusions. It’s one of the strongest warranties in the sunroom and patio enclosure industry, and we honor it with the same care we apply to new projects.
When you’re ready, the next step is a free in-home design consultation. Our designer will visit your home, walk through your goals, and show you what’s possible for your specific space — with no pressure and no obligation to buy. Response within one business day.
