Custom sunrooms, screen rooms, and patio enclosures designed and installed for homeowners across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware — by a team that does this work every day, in your community, with their own hands.
Betterliving MidAtlantic Sunrooms is a Pennsylvania-based outdoor living specialist serving homeowners across southeastern PA, South Jersey, and Delaware. We design and install custom sunrooms, screen rooms, and patio enclosures — the kind of home additions that fundamentally change how a family uses their home through the seasons.
We’re headquartered in West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, and our service area covers fifteen counties across three states. The homes we work on range from colonial farmhouses in rural Bucks County to ranch homes in suburban Burlington to coastal cottages in Cape May. Different architectural languages, different climate conditions, different homeowner priorities — but the same fundamental work: building outdoor-connected living spaces that hold up to Mid-Atlantic weather for decades.
Our team is small enough that the same people handle your project from start to finish, and big enough that we install year-round across our entire service footprint. We don’t subcontract installations. We don’t hand projects off between sales, design, and construction teams who don’t talk to each other. One designer plans your project. One project manager oversees it. Our own certified installers do the work. You always know who to call.
We’re not the cheapest sunroom company in the Mid-Atlantic, and we don’t try to be. The materials we use, the warranty we stand behind, the team we maintain — these cost money. What we offer is a sunroom that will still be looking good and performing well thirty years from now. That’s the position we’ve built the business around, and it’s the customer we’re built to serve.
We build four primary outdoor living products — each engineered for a different way of living in your home and your seasons.
Fully insulated, climate-controlled rooms built to be used every day of the year. With argon-filled Low-E glass and the option to connect to your home’s HVAC, four season sunrooms add permanent livable square footage.
Light-filled rooms designed for spring through fall enjoyment. The most accessible entry point into custom sunroom living, with engineered aluminum construction and large operable windows for natural ventilation.
Custom-built enclosures around your existing patio, deck, or porch — available in glass, screen, or combination styles. A flexible way to transform an underused outdoor space into a comfortable seasonal living area.
Custom screened structures that protect outdoor living spaces from insects and overhead weather while preserving the open-air feel of a porch. The classic American screened porch experience, engineered to last.
Our products are backed by decades of engineering refinement from the Betterliving brand — manufactured in Pennsylvania and engineered specifically for the climate conditions of the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. This isn’t a generic product spec sheet from overseas. Every structural component, every glass package, every insulation profile has been refined for the seasonal range your room will actually experience: humid summers, freeze-thaw winters, the wind loads of coastal storms, and the snow loads of inland counties.
We don’t subcontract. The factory-trained installers on your job site are our own certified team — the same people who know our systems inside and out, project after project. Consistent quality, clear accountability, and a single point of contact for every detail.
Our work is backed by a 50-year non-prorated warranty — full coverage on structural components, no depreciation, no fine-print exclusions. Half a century is a long time to make a commitment. We make it because we build to that standard.
Our products are manufactured in Pennsylvania, engineered for the actual climate conditions of the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. We don’t install generic product spec’d for a national market. We install components built for the seasons our rooms will actually experience.
From the day you sign through final walkthrough, one dedicated project manager oversees your project. Permits, scheduling, deliveries, installation, inspection — all coordinated through a single point of contact. You always know who to call and where things stand.
